These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ace219 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account facilities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account with ace219, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in the Philippines to register and use ace219. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
Each individual may hold only one ace219 account. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity, device, or GCash number, will be suspended. All balances and bonuses in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. If you have lost access to your account, use the recovery process rather than creating a new one.
All promotional bonuses credited to ace219 accounts carry wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Specific multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
All transactions on ace219 are denominated in Philippine Peso. Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Withdrawals requested on unverified accounts may be held pending identity confirmation.
ace219 prohibits fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and any other activity that manipulates game outcomes or exploits platform systems. Accounts found engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, and affected balances may be withheld pending investigation.
ace219 is committed to responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines. Players may access deposit limit tools, session timers, and self-exclusion options at any time through their account settings. Responsible gaming support is available 24/7 through the ace219 customer support team.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the ace219 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ace219 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification, but the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the amendment.
To register and maintain an ace219 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ace219 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in the suspension of Account access and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
When registering an ace219 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one ace219 Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
ace219 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. ace219 staff will never request your Account password through any channel.
All deposits on the ace219 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently accepted: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. ace219 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposit instruments must be registered in the Account holder's own name.
Minimum Deposit: ₱50 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions may differ and will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the Account Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited during applicable processing windows. ace219 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network failures, or banking system maintenance.
No Deposits from Third Parties: Deposits made from payment instruments not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed. ace219 may suspend an Account and request documentation to confirm ownership of the depositing instrument before crediting or releasing funds.
ace219 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, deposit limits, or processing procedures at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account holders who have completed the ace219 KYC verification process. To complete KYC verification, you must submit a legible copy or photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, or passport).
Minimum Withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.
Withdrawal to Own Instrument: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's verified name. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party GCash number, bank account, or PayMaya wallet.
Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT, excluding public holidays).
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus credits are not withdrawable directly. Only Real Money funds and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. ace219 will clearly distinguish between Real Money and Bonus Credit balances in the Account Wallet interface.
ace219 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal that triggers applicable anti-money laundering thresholds or that appears inconsistent with normal Account activity patterns.
ace219 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: Welcome Deposit Bonus, Weekly Reload Bonus, Daily Cashback Rebate, and Referral Bonus. All promotions are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available.
General Bonus Conditions:
All games available on the ace219 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average return for each game and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
Game Rules: Each game operates according to its own rules as defined by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between game display information and the provider's official game rules, the provider's official rules shall prevail.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ace219 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. ace219 is not obligated to honor a win resulting from a technical error.
Game Restrictions: Certain game categories or titles may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements or may be restricted during active bonus play. Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable game restrictions.
ace219 monitors gameplay patterns for irregular betting behavior. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with advantage play, exploitation of game or bonus mechanics, or coordinated betting strategies may be subject to review, wager voidance, or Account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace219 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

ace219's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the ace219 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ace219 collects and processes personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable Philippine laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All content on the ace219 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ace219 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest or license in any ace219 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ace219. Unauthorized use of ace219 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace219 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ace219 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ace219's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." ace219 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. ace219 makes no representations regarding the outcome of any wager or game.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or willful misconduct by ace219.
Suspension by ace219: ace219 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) you have engaged in any prohibited activity; (c) it is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.
Upon suspension, ace219 will notify you of the reason (to the extent permissible) via your registered mobile number. Any Real Money Balance in a suspended Account that is not subject to forfeiture or withholding for investigative purposes will be returned to the verified payment instrument associated with your Account following investigation completion.
Closure by Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ace219 customer support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment instrument on file.
ace219 retains the right to maintain records of closed Accounts in accordance with applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law, including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
ace219 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number on file or through a prominent in-platform notice, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except where a change is required by law or regulatory instruction, in which case it may take effect immediately.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ace219.club/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ace219 customer support to seek resolution. ace219 will endeavour to address all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, Players may escalate to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
ace219 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any right you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.
